What is the ordering process?

  • Delivering a unique and customized product is our ultimate goal. If you scroll down on our HOMEPAGE we go a little in depth on our process, If you are ever unsure about anything or have additional questions please press the chat button on the bottom right and speak to someone without hesitation. 

 

Are mockups free?

  • Yes. It is important that the design process is perfect and what you are looking for is being produced. Sometimes it is a little tedious but the time it will take to be perfect will leave us no room for error.

How long to receive orders?

  • Once the design is approved and payment is received, normal turnaround is between 3-6 weeks. Depending on availability of garments or amount of customization their may be an exception, but this will be given on date of approval. Please speak to a member for the 4Life Team in regards to your order.

Are there minimums per order?

  • Yes. Minimus always depend on the product you are looking to receive. If you need further help regarding minimums, please contact your 4Life Sales Rep.

 

Is there free shipping?

  • Depending on the volume of the order, you can speak to your 4Life Sales rep regarding the order.

Do you issue refunds or accept returns?

  • Due to the customization of the products (your specific needs). We do not issue refunds or accept returns. All sales are final upon acceptance of order via payment.
